
Marketing Project Manager – Mentorship

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latvia.
• Oversee the comprehensive development and implementation of the Mentorship Program, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth objectives.
• Create and manage the program roadmap that includes community-building initiatives, educational courses, and mentor schemes.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate program success and facilitate ongoing improvements.
• Partner with developers and product teams to enhance custom acquisition touchpoints, refine user journeys, and develop platform features.
• Convert business needs into technical specifications and guarantee the timely rollout of updates and enhancements.
• Diagnose and resolve technical challenges affecting the project.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to craft and implement customer acquisition strategies.
• Coordinate with email marketing teams to promote the program throughout the merchant lifecycle.
• Ensure the timely distribution of program content, which includes courses, live events, and campaigns.
• Keep content relevant by monitoring trends in e-commerce and print-on-demand.
• Work with teams across the Growth department and other divisions to align the program with broader company initiatives.
• Serve as the main point of contact for all issues related to the program.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or Product Manager, ideally with a focus on marketing or growth.
• Strong technical expertise and experience collaborating with developers and technical teams.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with a diverse range of stakeholders, including technical teams, mentors, and community members.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities to support data-driven decision-making.
• Capacity to manage numerous priorities in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.
• Previous experience in e-commerce, print-on-demand, or marketing is advantageous.
• Proactive attitude as a self-starter, capable of taking ownership of projects and driving them to successful completion.
• A genuine passion for empowering and aiding entrepreneurs or sellers in their path to success.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
