This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Transform approved campaign or project strategies into actionable delivery plans that include owners, deadlines, dependencies, approval points, and success metrics.
• Oversee campaigns and marketing projects from handoff through to confirmed publication or completion and initial performance analysis.
• Identify missing assets, overdue reviews, conflicting priorities, and potential delivery risks.
• Address routine execution challenges and escalate significant risks with proposed next steps.
• Coordinate copy, design, video, landing pages, email, social media content, tracking, and other campaign elements.
• Execute assigned publishing tasks across email, social media, websites, CRM, and content platforms.
• Schedule approved content and campaigns with precision and timeliness.
• Make routine updates to websites or landing pages using established templates.
• Verify copy, creative elements, links, tracking, audiences, approvals, publication, and completion documentation.
• Maintain marketing calendars, production schedules, campaign checklists, approval records, project systems, assets, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
• Monitor vendor and specialist commitments, deadlines, dependencies, unresolved issues, and corrective actions.
• Enhance handoffs among marketing, sales, operations, vendors, and technical partners.
• Gather and reconcile performance data, identify missing or conflicting information, and prepare weekly reporting materials for leadership.
• Collaborate with internal contributors and external partners across marketing, sales, and operations.
• Meet specified 30-, 60-, and 90-day delivery, quality, reporting, and process improvement goals.
• Proven experience in independently delivering marketing campaigns or projects from planning through publication or completion.
• Practical experience with publishing on email, social media, websites, CMS, or CRM platforms.
• Solid understanding of campaign quality assurance and tracking requirements.
• Capability to coordinate multiple contributors, deadlines, and dependencies simultaneously.
• Excellent written communication skills and professional, assertive follow-up abilities.
• Proficient in using spreadsheets and consolidating performance information.
• Ability to identify inconsistent, incomplete, or unsupported reporting.
• Good judgment regarding what issues to resolve independently and what to escalate.
• Strong attention to detail while maintaining awareness of deadlines and business priorities.
• Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment.
• Experience with service-oriented businesses, multi-location companies, or lead-generation marketing.
• Familiarity with platforms such as GoHighLevel, WordPress, Shopify, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, or similar tools.
• Experience in coordinating freelancers, agencies, technical vendors, or distributed teams.
• Knowledge of UTM tracking, forms, lead routing, landing pages, and basic marketing attribution.
• Experience in creating or maintaining campaign checklists, standard operating procedures, and reporting systems.
• Basic skills in making routine changes to websites, emails, or landing pages within established templates.
