Marketing Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee video projects from initiation to final delivery

• Monitor deadlines, revisions, and final outputs

• Conduct quality assurance on finished videos, ensuring proper pacing, captions, audio, transitions, branding, and formatting

• Offer clear and actionable feedback for revisions to video editors

• Initiate introductory calls with potential clients

• Keep project workflows and team communication organized

• Proficient in both written and spoken English

• Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills

• Strong capabilities in project management and time management

• Background in sales and/or account management

• Poised and professional during calls with potential clients

• Capable of independently managing multiple projects and deadlines

• Comfortable working in a dynamic remote setting

• Preferred: Experience in creative operations, video editing/quality assurance, video production, agency work, or performance marketing
