This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Strategize, organize, and implement marketing initiatives throughout the organization.
• Oversee projects from the initial planning stage to completion, defining requirements, subsequent steps, timelines, responsibilities, and deliverables.
• Assume responsibility for assigned projects and actively drive them towards completion.
• Decompose complex or unclear projects into manageable tasks while identifying necessary information, resources, approvals, and stakeholders.
• Monitor deadlines, dependencies, unresolved questions, and outstanding actions.
• Recognize roadblocks and collaborate with relevant individuals to resolve or escalate these issues.
• Ensure clear and precise project documentation is maintained.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders across various departments and external vendors.
• Act as a central point of coordination for projects that involve multiple teams, locations, or stakeholders.
• Communicate with vendors regarding requirements, specifications, quotes, schedules, deliverables, and implementation.
• Oversee physical rebranding efforts, including exterior signage and interior building branding.
• Assist the Marketing team with planning, organization, documentation, and execution.
• Maintain project plans, tasks, timelines, and documentation in Asana and other systems.
• Provide support for project administration, which includes vendor documentation and invoice processing.
• Report to Marketing leadership and may potentially expand into broader Marketing project coordination.
• Prior experience in coordinating or managing projects involving multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities, with a talent for handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Capacity to assess a project or problem, determine the necessary next steps, and formulate an actionable plan.
• Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in engaging with stakeholders at various levels within an organization.
• Proficient in clear and professional communication with internal teams and external vendors.
• Excellent documentation skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously, take ownership of tasks, and follow through without extensive supervision.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and asking questions to clarify requirements and next steps.
• Quick learner of new software, platforms, processes, and systems.
• Experience with project management or task management tools is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Background in marketing, communications, events, operations, facilities, or other relevant business areas is a plus.
• Availability to work during Eastern Time business hours.
• Part-time commitment of approximately 20 hours per week.
