Marketing Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee the backend development of marketing automation, which includes managing lists, forms, automated workflows, HTML emails, and drip campaigns utilizing MCAE.

• Collaborate with MCAE, Salesforce, Zapier, Google Tag Manager, Stripo, and AI platforms such as Claude, Gemini, and Lovable.

• Provide regular and precise updates to the database to ensure data integrity.

• Generate marketing reports and dashboards to demonstrate the impact of demand generation campaigns.

• Assist in demand generation initiatives, including the uploading of third-party lists.

• Offer advice on optimizing the use of available MarTech tools for brand teams.

• Monitor for issues and fill in any missing information within the database.

• Integrate systems using middleware and integration tools.

• Aid in exploring the adoption of new MarTech platforms.

• Understand the business and go-to-market strategies for each brand.

• Collaborate with marketers and sales professionals across LTG businesses to implement commercial strategies effectively.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of prior experience in a marketing operations position.

• Background in B2B marketing automation.

• Prior experience with automation tools such as MCAE (Pardot), HubSpot, or Marketo; experience with MCAE is advantageous.

• Fundamental knowledge of HTML and email template creation.

• Experience with a CRM system, preferably Salesforce.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Previous experience working in a dynamic marketing team.

• Strong eagerness to learn and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

• Preferred: Certification in MCAE/Marketo/HubSpot.

• Preferred: Experience in the SaaS or EdTech sectors.

• Preferred: Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies.
