This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Oversee daily operations and the execution of low-to-medium complexity tactical marketing projects, both internally and externally.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strategize, implement, and complete projects on schedule and within budget constraints.
• Comply with organizational quality and process standards within a regulated pharmaceutical setting.
• Cultivate relationships with clients and partner agencies.
• Share project ownership with senior-level Account and Project Management personnel.
• Contribute to detailed project plans.
• Prepare submissions for regulatory assessment.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Guide the strategic execution of marketing initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent education combined with professional experience is essential.
• Two to five years of relevant experience in an Account and/or Project Management capacity.
• Background in an agency environment.
• Experience in a regulated setting is an advantage.
• A proactive, solution-oriented self-starter with exceptional organizational abilities.
• Strong attention to detail.
• A client service mindset with the ability to act as a liaison between the client and agency.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of fundamental project management skills and standards.
• Comfort in leading teams throughout the project's lifecycle.
• Solid understanding of scope and change management.
• Familiarity with project burn analysis, communication, action, and mitigation strategies.
• Ability to identify and escalate project risks effectively.
• Experience in developing timelines and project estimates.
• Basic knowledge of Workfront, Workfront Proof, Smartsheet, MS Project, and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to establish trusting relationships, both internally and externally.

• Proven organizational and time management skills.
