Working Student – Social Media, Content Creator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

• Generate Reels, Stories, carousels, and videos from initial concept through to publication.

• Utilize Canva, CapCut, and AI tools for efficient and innovative content creation.

• Spot trends and create appropriate formats for femsure.

• Oversee social media channels and manage the editorial calendar.

• Generate ideas to enhance reach and cultivate an engaged community.

• Analyze content performance and continuously refine strategies.

• Assist with collaborations, campaigns, and events.

• Explore new AI tools and workflows.

• Collaborate with the team to implement AI-driven methods that enhance creativity, speed, and quality.

• Work closely with the founder to develop the brand and scale the startup.

• Currently enrolled in a program related to marketing, communications, media, or a similar field.

• Proficient in Canva, CapCut, and preferably other creative tools.

• Familiarity with ChatGPT and Claude.

• Eagerness to continuously enhance your AI skills.

• A keen eye for design, storytelling, and current trends.

• Comprehension of how social media content attracts attention.

• An independent and entrepreneurial mindset towards work.

• Readiness to take ownership and initiative.

• Bring your own creative ideas and be prepared to execute them autonomously.

• Provide examples of prior work when applying.

• Proficiency in the German language is assumed due to the German-language job posting and the location in Germany, although not explicitly listed as a requirement.
