Marketing Expert – Product Marketing, AI Agent Environments

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create task briefs derived from actual product marketing initiatives.

• Outline the objectives of each task, including embedded challenges and decisions a proficient practitioner should undertake.

• Identify the necessary documents, dashboards, personas, and tool states for creating realistic tasks.

• Author or assess reference responses and criteria that differentiate strong answers from plausible yet incorrect ones.

• Evaluate AI agent outputs against industry standards.

• Develop scenarios that encompass diagnosing disorganized or conflicting data, prioritization, trade-offs, planning, execution, quality assurance, reconciliation, triage, escalation, research, evaluation, reporting, and multi-tool orchestration.

• Construct Product Marketing scenarios centered on win/loss analysis, positioning, readiness for launch, execution of launches, adoption analysis, and competitive response.

• Engage in projects aimed at training and improving AI systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience as a product marketing practitioner.

• Proven experience managing product launches, positioning, and enablement.

• Proficient in using a CRM platform such as Salesforce.

• Familiarity with product analytics tools like Amplitude.

• Comfortable utilizing a project management tool such as Asana or Linear.

• Previous experience in creating AI training environments, reinforcement learning environments, or simulated case studies is highly desirable.

• Certification from Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp is strongly preferred.

• Excellent written communication skills.

• Successful completion of a brief multiple-choice knowledge screening specific to the sub-domain is required.

• Must operate as an independent contractor.
