Marketing Expert – Product Marketing, AI Agent Environments

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop task briefs derived from actual product marketing activities.

• Determine the objectives of each task, including embedded issues and decisions that an adept practitioner should navigate.

• Identify the necessary documents, dashboards, personas, and tool configurations needed for realistic task execution.

• Compose or evaluate reference answers and establish criteria to differentiate strong responses from those that are plausible but incorrect.

• Assess AI agent attempts and measure them against expert benchmarks.

• Create and rigorously test Product Marketing environments.

• Collaborate on diagnosing complex or conflicting data, prioritizing and making trade-offs, planning and executing tasks, quality assurance and reconciliation, triage and escalation, research and evaluation, reporting, and orchestrating multi-step processes across various tools.

• Address win/loss analysis, positioning, launch preparedness and execution, adoption assessment, and competitive reaction strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in product marketing, including managing launches, positioning, and enablement.

• Proficient in using a CRM such as Salesforce.

• Familiar with product analytics tools like Amplitude.

• Experienced with project tracking systems such as Asana or Linear.

• Prior experience in developing AI training environments, reinforcement learning environments, or simulated case studies is highly desirable.

• Certification from Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp is strongly preferred.

• Excellent written communication skills.

• Successful completion of a brief multiple-choice knowledge assessment specific to the sub-domain.

• Must work as an independent contractor.

• H1-B and STEM OPT candidates are not eligible.
