Marketing & Digital Media Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and schedule organic content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

• Edit short-form videos, including Reels, TikToks, and clips from live broadcasts.

• Assist with live streaming on Restream by promoting, engaging in chats, and repurposing content post-show.

• Craft captions, hooks, and calls to action that encourage direct messages, inquiries, and deposits.

• Produce content that communicates exclusivity, insider access, and premium service.

• Manage comments and direct messages, following up with prospects in a concierge manner.

• Monitor inquiries, qualified leads, and deposits, providing weekly reports.

• Establish social proof through traveler testimonials, countdown content, and urgency-driven campaigns.

• Aid in converting views into inquiries and inquiries into confirmed bookings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (or possess equivalent hands-on experience).

• Proficient understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.

• Familiarity with editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, or similar applications.

• Strong writing abilities and a keen eye for luxury branding aesthetics.

• Highly organized, self-driven, and dependable in meeting deadlines.

• A passion for travel, culture, and knowledge of Africa and its diaspora is advantageous.

• Bonus: experience with email marketing, CRM systems, or sales follow-up processes.
