• Develop direct-response video scripts tailored for UGC creators, actors, and voice-over talent.

• Organize scripts utilizing performance frameworks such as Hook → Problem → Agitation → Solution → Social Proof → CTA.

• Create visual notes to accompany dialogue for editors and producers.

• Conduct research on client products, competitors, and customer feedback to generate innovative ideas.

• Generate diverse hook concepts for testing purposes.

• Write primary text, headlines, and descriptions for advertisements on Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.

• Align copy tone with each brand persona.

• Analyze performance metrics in collaboration with the Strategy team.

• Revise scripts based on drop-off rates and click-through rate performance.

• Update successful ads with script variations to mitigate creative fatigue.

• 2–4 years of experience in copywriting, particularly for DTC brands, e-commerce, or performance marketing firms.

• Proficiency in direct response writing and performance marketing principles.

• Skill in crafting attention-grabbing hooks, particularly within the initial 3 seconds.

• Capability to produce concise and persuasive copy.

• Understanding of human motivations, objections, social validation, and urgency.

• Ability to adapt voice across various brand personas, including Gen Z skincare and luxury home goods.

• Native-level proficiency in English.

• Exceptional grammar skills and command of American English idioms and colloquialisms.

• Awareness of cultural nuances for effective advertising strategies.
