This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create compelling and brand-aligned social media copy for platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and others.
• Oversee the social media content calendar.
• Transform blogs, case studies, podcasts, reports, and company insights into engaging social media material.
• Work in collaboration with marketing leadership to craft social content that aligns with brand and business objectives.
• Coordinate social media creative assets with designers and video editors.
• Schedule and publish social content, ensuring precision, proper formatting, and timely delivery.
• Monitor social media performance and pinpoint opportunities for enhancing content and engagement.
• Support promotional efforts by assisting with email and website copy.
• Manage regular content updates and maintenance for the website using WordPress.
• Publish and refresh website pages, blog posts, case studies, and additional content.
• Collaborate with internal teams for website updates and identify any content or functionality issues.
• Take charge of weekly newsletter production from planning to publication.
• Research topics, manage HubSpot segments and lists, draft and edit copy, coordinate creative elements, build, conduct quality assurance, schedule, distribute, and track newsletters.
• Monitor newsletter open rates, click-through rates, and subscriber growth; identify areas for engagement enhancement.
• Organize and maintain marketing projects, tasks, deadlines, and deliverables in Monday.com.
• Develop creative requests and briefs; manage timelines, revisions, approvals, and final asset delivery.
• Follow up on outstanding tasks, communicate changes or delays, identify obstacles, and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain transparency regarding marketing priorities and support ongoing marketing processes.
• Assist with ad-hoc marketing initiatives and keep abreast of social media and content marketing trends.
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, social media, content, communications, or a related area.
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with proven experience in crafting social media content for businesses or organizations.
• Strong project coordination and organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Highly detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability and follow-through.
• Effective communication skills and the confidence to proactively engage with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook/Meta, Instagram, or similar channels.
• Experience with a content management system like WordPress and knowledge of email marketing platforms.
• Comfortable learning and utilizing marketing technology and project management tools.
• Ability to grasp brand voice and convert strategic direction into refined, audience-appropriate content.
• Capability to work independently while effectively collaborating with a wider marketing team.
• Preferred: Experience with WordPress, HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools.
• Preferred: Background in a marketing agency, B2B, professional services, or other fast-paced environments.
• Preferred: Familiarity with Monday.com or a comparable project management platform.
• Preferred: Experience in managing newsletters or email marketing campaigns.
• Preferred: Experience in coordinating creative production with designers and video teams.
• Preferred: Understanding of SEO, PPC, and broader digital marketing concepts.
• Preferred: Experience in legal marketing or another high-trust industry.
