This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +1 more state.
• Create and implement digital marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals and business objectives.
• Enhance campaigns across various platforms including website, email, search, and social media channels.
• Assist in integrated campaigns and product launches by providing targeted content assets.
• Oversee the marketing calendar and play a key role in the digital content strategy for landing pages, email campaigns, events, blogs, webinars, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with UX and product teams to enhance customer journeys, minimize friction, and optimize conversion paths.
• Develop resources for external audiences and sales enablement, such as presentations, sell sheets, case studies, newsletters, and other supporting documentation.
• Evaluate campaign performance, monitor KPIs, report outcomes, and suggest improvements.
• Integrate data from web, email, paid media, and CRM systems to guide segmentation, targeting, and journey optimization.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends in digital marketing, tools, privacy and accessibility standards, and updates on platforms.
• Work in collaboration with communications, product, UX, sales, state regulatory, government affairs, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Produce industry-specific educational content that translates regulatory changes into clear guidance for adoption and audience value.
• Report to the Senior Manager, Marketing Operations.
• A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within the insurance sector or another regulated industry.
• Proven experience managing multi-channel campaigns across web, email, search, social, CMS, CRM, and digital advertising platforms.
• Practical experience with marketing analytics, reporting, tag management, Canva, Contentstack, HubSpot, Salesforce, Tealium iQ, and Google Analytics.
• Experience in supporting product launches, stakeholder communications, customer readiness, and providing data-driven optimization recommendations.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices, digital optimization, and performance reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications.
• Strong capabilities in written and verbal communication, analytical thinking, and project management.
• Ability to convert complex information into effective educational content.
• Competence in managing multiple priorities and collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for team meetings and in-person organizational events.
