Marketing Associate, Social Media – Content

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop engaging short-form videos, carousels, and graphics for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and others.

• Oversee a content calendar and ensure daily posting of Instagram Stories.

• Manage community interactions across various channels.

• Track brand sentiment and enhance community engagement.

• Execute brand campaigns, giveaways, and events, including those for Nurses Week and World Mental Health Day.

• Collaborate with the paid marketing team to brainstorm and identify influencers.

• Guide the creative direction for paid influencer content.

• Assist with influencer and UGC creator programs as well as affiliate partnerships from initial outreach to contracts and payments.

• Work alongside top-tier marketers on strategic initiatives.

• Utilize AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in creating social media content for a brand, agency, or personal platform.

• A portfolio showcasing social media content projects.

• Strong skills in visual storytelling.

• Proficiency in content design, video production, and editing with tools such as Canva, Figma, CapCut, or equivalent.

• Comfortable and confident on camera.

• Comprehensive understanding of social media platforms, emerging trends, and factors that drive audience engagement.

• Exceptional organizational abilities.

• Capability to manage a publishing calendar and handle multiple projects concurrently.

• Experience with AI tools and enthusiasm for leveraging them to enhance workflows.

• Experience in healthcare, nursing, or staffing is a plus.
