This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Generating ideas and organic content proposals for various brands

• Developing concepts and formats tailored to the DNA, tone, and objectives of each brand

• Providing references, trends, and innovative content proposals for social media

• Participating in the planning and execution of photo and video shoots alongside the team

• Searching for and suggesting models, talents, creators, and other profiles for productions

• Preparing locations, props, materials, and other production necessities

• Recording and photographing content for social media

• Taking on diverse responsibilities according to the needs of each project

• Editing audiovisual content for social media

• Creating and editing reels, short videos, and other digital content formats

• Adapting pieces to different platforms, formats, and communication needs

• Coordinating with the creative team in the development and execution of content for VEO brands

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of prior experience in creating content for social media

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in audiovisual content production and editing

• Strong attention to detail

• Visual judgment

• Aesthetic sensitivity and the ability to adapt content to the DNA of various brands

• Organizational skills and problem-solving abilities

• Collaborative mindset and results-oriented approach

• Ability to work with different production needs and timelines

• Interest in digital culture, trends, and the evolution of social platforms

• Residence in Madrid

• Proficiency in editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar

• Knowledge of photography and video recording

• Ability to work with a camera and/or smartphone

• Understanding of composition, lighting, and visual direction

• Familiarity with content formats and trends for Instagram, TikTok, and other digital platforms
