Marketing Analytics Specialist

📋 Description

• Analyze comprehensive buyer journeys and cross-channel performance to enhance ROI for Demand Generation and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives.

• Design, develop, and maintain dynamic, impactful dashboards utilizing Google Looker Studio or Tableau.

• Write clean and efficient SQL queries and Python scripts to integrate data from Salesforce, Marketo, attribution engines, and web analytics.

• Collaborate with marketing leadership to perform variance and root cause analyses, providing proactive recommendations when KPIs fall short of targets.

• Design, assess, and report on A/B and multivariate testing to refine targeting strategies and boost web conversion rates.

• Discover actionable insights throughout the entire buyer journey and translate complex data into engaging narratives that propel global growth strategy.

• Optimize multi-touch attribution, advertising expenditure, and pipeline conversion in conjunction with marketing and executive leaders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in B2B Marketing Analytics, Digital Analytics, or Business Intelligence positions.

• Strong proficiency in SQL.

• Experience with data visualization platforms (Google Looker Studio or Tableau).

• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce).

• Experience with Marketing Automation tools (Marketo).

• Proven experience managing multi-touch attribution platforms (such as CaliberMind, Bizible).

• Experience in integrating first- and third-party data sources.

• Deep understanding of essential B2B performance metrics, including MQL, SQL, CAC, ROAS, LTV, and conversion velocity.
