This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Dakota.
• Develop, nurture, and expand Cambria sales within the designated territory.
• Deliver exceptional service to residential B-to-B prospects and clients while promoting the Cambria brand and influencing purchasing decisions.
• Establish and maintain strong business relationships with fabricators, installers, kitchen and bath dealers, interior designers, builders, remodelers, architects, and other key business influencers.
• Engage in industry associations and networking events to enhance sales opportunities.
• Strategically plan and schedule sales calls with partners.
• Create quarterly and annual territory sales plans, direct market initiatives, and assess progress.
• Gather and update customer information using Salesforce.
• Provide guidance to partners based on business, financial, and industry expertise.
• Supply project samples and refresh product libraries with Cambria designs, marketing resources, and contact details.
• Educate business partners on product characteristics, unique selling points, value, quality, and brand history.
• Present sales and marketing programs along with relevant materials.
• Stay informed about industry standards, regulatory codes, and market developments.
• Utilize social media platforms to promote Cambria products and the brand.
• Maintain an organized and professional image in the local market.
• Communicate market strategies with department leadership.
• Engage with customers daily over meals or at events, occasionally outside normal business hours.
• Travel within the assigned territory to foster and maintain customer relationships.
• Prepare and submit expense invoices for reimbursement.
• Experience in the architectural and design sectors is advantageous.
• Previous B-to-B sales experience is beneficial.
• Strong business acumen and financial understanding.
• Demonstrated customer-focused approach with a professional attitude.
• Capability to build robust professional relationships and a proven sales history.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and effective follow-up capabilities.
• Self-driven and able to work autonomously.

• Professionalism, integrity, and fiscal responsibility are essential.
• Must be able to work from home as required.
• Minimum of three years' experience in business-to-business sales, marketing, or interior design.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiar with Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
• Knowledge of Concur and Salesforce is preferred.
• 90% local travel to customers; remaining 10% for trade shows, associations, and training in Minnesota.
• Willingness to work extended hours, evenings, overnight stays, and weekends.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds for delivering samples and trade show materials.
• Successful completion of a background verification check is required for employment.
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• Company vehicle provided based on fleet availability, or temporary mileage reimbursement until a vehicle is available.
