This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Develop the go-to-market strategy for Nuitée's B2B flight services.
• Act as the in-house expert for the flight product.
• Position the flight service competitively against rivals.
• Collaborate with the sales team as a strategic co-seller.
• Conduct customer presentations and product demonstrations.
• Create sales materials that facilitate successful deals.
• Convert market and pricing insights into a commercial strategy that safeguards margins while acquiring enterprise clients.
• Determine the market approach for new flight features, such as NDC content.
• Identify key target audiences and B2B buyer personas.
• Establish value propositions tailored for specific buyers.
• Evaluate competitive gaps and formulate positioning strategies.
• Design commercial models for enterprise customers.
• Recognize bottlenecks in the sales process and suggest solutions.
• Impact the product roadmap and future feature enhancements.
• Oversee the end-to-end go-to-market process.
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in product marketing, market management, technical sales, or commercial strategy within the travel technology, aviation, or B2B travel sectors.
• Familiarity with the travel distribution ecosystem.
• Proven history of successfully launching new products and securing new clients.
• Experience collaborating directly with enterprise sales teams and co-selling intricate technical solutions.
• Capability to translate market data, pricing models, and technical specifications into a clear, actionable sales narrative.
• Proficient in engaging executive buyers and conveying technical details as business value, both in writing and verbally.
• Comfortable navigating commercial, product, and technical domains in uncertain environments.
• Proactive, credible in technical discussions, and persuasive in commercial presentations.
• Bonus: Experience in launching API-driven products for B2B audiences.
• Bonus: Practical experience with CRM and sales enablement tools.
• Existing product, integrations, and customer base.
