Market Logistics Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee logistics operations within a designated service area.

• Track delivery performance to guarantee that service levels are consistently achieved or surpassed.

• Anticipate driver and asset requirements based on estimated delivery volumes.

• Oversee orders and operational tasks to ensure adherence to compliance standards.

• Perform regular visits to customer terminals or partner facilities.

• Establish and nurture strong working relationships with terminal managers and operational partners.

• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Onboarding teams.

• Conduct routine driver inspections and field checks.

• Act as the primary point of escalation for operational or service-related issues.

• Carry out merchant wellness checks to uphold robust client relationships.

• Offer operational insights and constructive feedback to internal teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Post-secondary education in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field is regarded as an asset.

• 3–5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, dispatching, or operations management.

• Preferred experience in last-mile delivery, courier, or transportation settings.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

• Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proficient in logistics systems, delivery platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
