This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Make a significant number of outbound calls daily to professionals in the construction sector.

• Establish rapport and cultivate positive relationships with contacts at all levels within the industry.

• Investigate construction projects and verify tender details.

• Identify and confirm the complete list of contractors bidding for projects.

• Update and maintain precise records within the company’s systems.

• Manage your own workload and follow up on leads until all necessary information is secured.

• Provide outstanding customer service on each call while representing the business in a professional manner.

• Prior experience in a customer service, telesales, call center, or telephone-based position.

• Exceptional listening and questioning capabilities.

• Persistence and determination are essential.

• Ability to quickly establish rapport with individuals of diverse ages, backgrounds, and seniority levels.

• Strong attention to detail and proficiency in gathering accurate information.

• Good organizational skills and confidence in using computer systems.

• A positive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
