Market Development Manager – EMEA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop the EMEA target map for emerging markets, chains, and segments

• Create market-entry commercial cases and prioritized target maps

• Establish initial pipelines in countries where Auditdata currently lacks presence

• Secure enterprise and mid-market agreements to establish Auditdata in new regions

• Generate and assess inbound and outbound demand throughout EMEA

• Initiate discussions with owners, operations leaders, and clinical executives

• Manage and fulfill an individual quota within the EMEA territory

• Collaborate with marketing on positioning, campaign design, and follow-up efforts

• Analyze competitors, buyer requirements, and product direction

• Keep HubSpot as the definitive source of information

• Maintain an accurate pipeline forecast

• Work in partnership with the VP of EMEA, VP of Marketing, account teams, pre-sales, customer success, and Product Management

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience generating pipeline and securing new accounts in B2B software or medtech

• Demonstrated ability to create a target market from the ground up rather than operating from a pre-existing list

• Strong commercial insight to prioritize markets and clients

• Familiarity with CRM systems and contemporary prospecting and automation tools; HubSpot experience is advantageous

• Proficient in English plus one additional European language: German, Dutch, French, Italian, or Spanish

• Interest in healthcare and a readiness to learn about the audiology field

• Self-motivated approach
