Market Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee a portfolio of host entrepreneurs and emerging hosts, focusing on their retention, growth, and optimization on Airbnb.

• Facilitate individualized optimization and onboarding discussions, offering strategic insights regarding pricing, availability, and listing quality.

• Ensure availability during peak demand periods, allowing hosts to maximize their revenue potential.

• Inform hosts about product updates and policy changes, while relaying their feedback to internal teams.

• Address host inquiries and deliver prompt, high-quality support to enhance their platform experience.

• Evaluate performance data to identify trends and seize opportunities that drive increased bookings and host success.

• Cultivate enduring relationships with hosts, providing continuous support tailored to their specific needs.

• Assist Market Managers in executing educational programs for multiple hosts, including webinars and scaled email outreach.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in new sales, account management, or partner support.

• At least 2 years of experience in the hospitality or travel industry (preferred).

• Strong skills in time management and prioritization, with the capability to effectively manage multiple accounts.

• Demonstrated experience managing a portfolio, fostering engagement and growth through proactive account management.

• Highly motivated, with a strong inclination for action and resilience in overcoming challenges.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to connect effectively via phone, email, and in-person.

• Proficient in CRM tools, particularly in managing leads and opportunities (Salesforce experience is advantageous).

• Proficiency in both English and Spanish.
