Market Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Establish and cultivate long-term relationships with emerging Professional Hosts within the designated territory.

• Propel account performance to surpass quarterly and annual sales objectives.

• Oversee and enhance the performance of hundreds of Professional Hosts through optimization calls, business reviews, and scalable strategies.

• Ensure availability during peak demand periods.

• Inform clients about product updates and communicate feedback to internal teams.

• Offer remote and on-site support as necessary to guarantee host success.

• Leverage data to pinpoint growth opportunities, navigate operational challenges, and allocate resources effectively.

• Collaborate with Market Managers and cross-functional teams, including product, communications, public policy, legal, tax, and customer support.

• Spearhead initiatives such as roadshows, webinars, and scaled campaigns.

• Represent Airbnb at external meetings with Professional Hosts and at industry conferences.

• Contribute to host community initiatives to foster growth and engagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in account management and partner support.

• Demonstrated success in managing a leads pipeline and a book of business.

• Strong quantitative abilities with the aptitude to interpret and apply data effectively.

• Flexibility to engage in both strategic and tactical tasks in ambiguous environments.

• Experience in cross-functional collaboration.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills across phone, email, and in-person interactions.

• Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational capabilities.

• Proficiency in CRM systems; experience with Salesforce is advantageous.

• Fluency in Portuguese and English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

• Over 2 years of experience in the tech industry is preferable.

• More than 1 year of experience in the travel industry is advantageous.

• Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory and internationally every 4 to 6 weeks.

• A passion for Airbnb, travel, and the sharing economy; being an Airbnb host is a plus.

• Candidates must reside in São Paulo, Brazil.

• No relocation support will be offered.
