This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Stock and merchandise items across shelves, coolers, floor displays, and storage areas to ensure product availability and visibility.

• Rotate inventory and verify freshness codes to guarantee that product quality standards are upheld.

• Set up and maintain point-of-sale (POS) materials to support promotional efforts and product launches.

• Ensure that promotional displays are visible, compliant, and consistent with brand standards.

• Assist Sales Representatives by implementing in-store standards and agreed-upon plans.

• Contribute to enhancing shelf space and product visibility by sharing best practices and insights from the store.

• Cultivate strong relationships with store staff and management to foster ongoing collaboration.

• Provide backup support to Sales Representatives, including basic selling and negotiation as needed.

• Relay feedback, competitive insights, and local market trends to the sales team.

• Communicate effectively with key in-store contacts and internal stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or sales setting.

• Post-secondary education in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

• Demonstrated capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.

• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

• Bilingual (French/English) is considered an asset.
