Mandatory Internship in Project Management and Sales – Customer Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming photography inquiries for weddings, proposals, bachelor/bachelorette parties, and various events.

• Create quotes, engage with customers in a friendly manner, and finalize bookings.

• Choose appropriate photographers from our extensive nationwide network across Germany.

• Organize schedules and provide photographers with detailed and reliable shoot briefings.

• Oversee the complete workflow—from scheduling and online galleries to sending customers’ image choices to the retouching team.

• Develop quick and practical solutions for rescheduled appointments, cancellations, or last-minute client requests.

• Maintain internal overviews, spreadsheets, and management tools.

• Actively enhance recurring processes for better efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• You are seeking a mandatory internship lasting several months as part of your studies or vocational training (such as business administration, media/event management, communications, or a related area).

• You enjoy direct communication with customers and service providers through chat, email, and phone, always maintaining an appropriate tone.

• You can effectively manage deadlines, tasks, and responses while handling multiple projects simultaneously.

• You work autonomously, think proactively, and adopt a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset.

• Excellent proficiency in written and spoken German.

• Basic English skills are a plus.
