This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the complete execution of retained executive search assignments under the guidance of a Senior Partner.
• Convert client requirements into distinct, actionable, and effective search strategies.
• Lead research teams in creating target company lists, market maps, candidate pipelines, and search hypotheses.
• Propel engagement forward with speed, discipline, and accountability.
• Establish trusted relationships with client hiring teams through effective communication, sound judgment, and valuable counsel.
• Provide clients with advice on role specifications, talent evaluation, and critical decision-making points.
• Identify and constructively address weaknesses or inefficiencies within clients’ hiring processes.
• Inspire and guide research teams during challenging searches.
• Integrate market intelligence and candidate feedback into practical insights.
• Ensure that candidates enjoy a high-quality experience from outreach to finalization.
• Collaborate with the Senior Partner and escalate client management issues as necessary.
• Uphold quality, professionalism, discretion, and consistent follow-through throughout each engagement.
• Report to a Senior Partner while maintaining primary responsibility for search execution and daily leadership.
• Extensive experience in retained executive search or a closely related advisory field.
• Demonstrated capability to manage complex executive search assignments with significant client involvement and responsibility.
• Strong skills in search strategy, including role definition, target identification, market mapping, and candidate evaluation.
• High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal judgment.
• Ability to constructively challenge clients without undermining trust or momentum.
• Capacity to lead, motivate, and direct research teams through uncertainty and challenges.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to clearly synthesize information and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Sound judgment regarding when to address issues directly and when to involve a Senior Partner.
• Consultative approach with a strong focus on accountability and results.
• Possess credibility, composure under pressure, tact, commercial insight, accountability, resilience, collaboration, client focus, motivating leadership, and strong listening abilities.
