This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive the creation of business cases for strategic initiatives, converting operational requirements, financial aspects, risks, and anticipated benefits into actionable recommendations for leadership decisions and investment prioritization.
• Create frameworks to define, monitor, and showcase financial, operational, capacity, quality, and organizational value.
• Collaborate with initiative owners to ensure that benefits are achieved and maintained.
• Combine operational, portfolio, and financial data to highlight performance trends, opportunities, and trade-offs.
• Simplify complex information into actionable insights and recommendations suitable for executive-level discussions.
• Work alongside functional leaders on portfolio prioritization, scenario planning, resource distribution, and long-term business strategy.
• Design scalable business performance tools, dashboards, governance processes, and decision-making frameworks.
• Act as a strategic thought partner to senior leaders by challenging assumptions, framing complex issues, considering alternatives, and guiding decisions.
• Doctorate degree with 3 years of experience in Quality and/or Operational Excellence, OR Master’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience, OR Bachelor’s degree with 7 years of experience, OR Associate’s degree with 12 years of experience, OR High school diploma/GED with 14 years of experience in Quality and/or Operational Excellence.
• Proven experience in collaborating with and influencing leadership and clients.
• Direct experience in cross-functional business operations and managing strategic projects.
• Ability to effectively articulate ideas and document intricate concepts and processes through both written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of Quality standards and Good Practice (GxP) regulations.
• Proficient in executing and managing complex projects and programs.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies, including Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.
• Awareness of emerging technologies, such as AI, and their practical applications in daily operations.
• Strong grasp of interdependencies within Global Quality functions.
• Capability to build and sustain strong relationships with clients and supporting departments such as Technology and Finance.
• Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Experience with DAI decision-making and meeting management frameworks.
• Background in a matrixed and highly dynamic environment.
• Ability to promote collaboration and work effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Consistent track record of delivering results punctually.
