β’ Take charge of the P&L, establish strategic direction, and drive consistent, profitable growth throughout the product portfolio.
β’ Enhance repeatable, high-quality revenue streams and optimize cross-product go-to-market strategies.
β’ Discover new opportunities across various markets, segments, and channels.
β’ Fine-tune market-driven product roadmaps and launch next-generation products.
β’ Utilize emerging technologies, such as AI, to improve the platform.
β’ Transform the operating model towards business-unit-level ownership and accountability.
β’ Increase end-to-end operational efficiency through the implementation of AI.
β’ Boost customer retention, satisfaction, and lifetime value.
β’ Foster a culture of customer-centric innovation.
β’ Assume responsibility for revenue, EBITDA, and cash flow management.
β’ Allocate capital judiciously to ensure consistent financial performance.
β’ Build and nurture a high-performing team that embodies ownership, accountability, continuous improvement, and a customer-first mindset.
β’ Demonstrated experience as a CEO, Managing Director, COO, VP, or General Manager with comprehensive P&L responsibility in a software or technology firm.
β’ Prior P&L accountability of $5M or greater.
β’ Proven experience in leading and developing a team of 10 or more individuals.
β’ Successful history of launching new products and scaling them effectively.
β’ Established record of growing and transforming existing software businesses.
β’ Strong commercial expertise across sales, pricing strategies, and go-to-market execution, including cross-selling and market penetration.
β’ Capability to lead across product, operations, and finance functions.
β’ Proficient in financial management, including P&L oversight, budgeting, and forecasting.
β’ Familiarity with emerging technologies, particularly AI.
β’ Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, economics, or a related discipline.
β’ An MBA or advanced degree is highly advantageous.
β’ Fully remote position, available for candidates located anywhere in Canada or the United States.
