This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee a portfolio of client and internal AiLO initiatives, ensuring effective communication and measurable results.
• Formulate and implement a strategic roadmap for AI integration across ILO Group’s service sectors.
• Convert innovative ideas into scalable systems, processes, and tools.
• Create and personally draft critical client deliverables, such as strategic presentations, frameworks, recommendations, executive memos, reports, and implementation strategies.
• Identify and utilize digital tools and AI-driven systems to enhance collaboration, insight generation, efficiency, and performance.
• Contribute to business development through the establishment of strategic partnerships and identification of new opportunities.
• Direct the strategic application of AI and emerging technologies in both internal initiatives and client projects.
• Generate AI-informed content, frameworks, and resources tailored for education clients.
• Investigate, test, and refine AI tools in collaboration with internal and client teams.
• Develop guidelines for the effective and ethical use of AI in content creation, communication, and analysis.
• Facilitate cross-team learning and the ethical implementation of AI in educational settings.
• Represent ILO Group as a subject matter expert in the intersection of AI and education.
• Manage complex client engagements and internal innovation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior education leaders on AI implementation and digital transformation strategies.
• Foster relationships with clients and funders while providing direct support.
• Mentor team members and establish collaborative systems across various projects.
• Develop internal professional development programs focused on AI literacy, digital tools, and contemporary project management practices.
• Author publications, case studies, and digital content that bolster ILO Group’s thought leadership in AI.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• An advanced degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related discipline is preferred.
• 10–15+ years of experience in project management, digital transformation, operations, or consulting, including senior leadership positions.
• Proven experience in integrating or deploying AI tools, automation systems, or digital platforms in a corporate or client-facing environment.
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams through technology-enabled transformations.
• Experience in the education sector, nonprofit, or public-sector organizations is preferred.
• Strong expertise in project management and AI-driven innovation.
• Capability to align strategic vision with practical implementation.
• Proficiency in designing and enhancing systems that promote collaboration, knowledge sharing, and operational excellence.
• Exceptional ability to distill complex concepts into clear and engaging content.
• Strategic and analytical mindset in dynamic, fast-paced settings.
• Capacity to guide creative exploration while ensuring structured execution.
