Managing Consultant, IT Service Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide advisory services to clients at the management and executive levels.

• Recognize the interconnections between IT and business operations and aid in aligning clients’ IT organizations with strategic goals.

• Oversee IT sourcing and transformation initiatives to drive sustainable enhancements in cost efficiency, quality, and scalability within IT organizations.

• Develop service delivery models that enhance the business value derived from IT.

• Assist in the deployment and ongoing enhancement of IT services.

• Offer technical guidance to consultants and foster their professional growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed university degree.

• Minimum of five years of pertinent project and consulting experience in IT service management.

• Preferably, experience in a leadership position.

• Strong knowledge of ITIL and other relevant frameworks.

• Experience in managing intricate IT organizations.

• Excellent strategic thinking capabilities.

• Ability to analyze complex interrelations and provide actionable recommendations.

• High level of personal accountability.

• A structured approach to work.

• Exceptional presentation and communication abilities.

• Proficiency in business-level German.
