Managing Consultant, IT Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide strategic guidance to clients at the management and C-suite levels to enhance the effectiveness and future preparedness of their IT operations.

• Evaluate and review IT organizations, focusing on IT infrastructure, operational processes, and IT service management.

• Assess the strengths and weaknesses present within IT organizations.

• Streamline processes and establish clear roles to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of IT operations.

• Offer functional leadership to consultants while fostering their professional growth.

• Create sustainable solutions for information security, IT services, IT operations, and organizational change.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher.

• Minimum of five years of pertinent experience in project management or consulting within IT operations or IT service management.

• Previous experience in a leadership position is advantageous.

• Comprehensive knowledge of ITIL and other applicable frameworks.

• Proven experience in overseeing complex IT organizations.

• Exceptional strategic thinking capabilities.

• Skill in analyzing intricate interrelationships and formulating actionable recommendations.

• Strong sense of personal accountability and a methodical work approach.

• Outstanding presentation and communication abilities.

• Fluent in German at a business level.
