Managing Consultant – Accreditation Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Define, plan, and oversee one or more engagement workstreams

• Ensure that quality and delivery standards are met

• Organize the content of deliverables and formulate recommendations and solutions

• Facilitate client meetings, manage project timelines, and provide updates to sponsors

• Choose, adapt, and implement suitable Methods, Approaches, and Tools

• Record, escalate, and address engagement challenges and risks

• Create and present deliverables and workstreams to clients

• Cultivate expertise in one or more solution portfolios

• Contribute to the development of new or improved Methods, Approaches, and Tools

• Aid in the ongoing enhancement of the product portfolio and the creation of new solutions

• Participate in publications and speaking opportunities

• Travel to trade shows and conventions to support solution marketing efforts

• Provide occasional onsite travel to customers for meetings and project assistance

• Carry out related responsibilities as assigned

⛳️ Requirements

• An active Pharmacist degree is preferred

• Extensive experience with accreditation standards and preparation for health system accreditation processes with organizations such as URAC, ACHC, TJC, etc.

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hospital/health system accreditation, or at least 3-5 years in a supervisory or project lead consulting role, ideally within the healthcare sector

• Relevant experience and/or certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or Project Management is desirable but not mandatory

• Specific primary and advanced health degree(s), such as Pharmacy

• Experience and confidence in presenting to audiences both virtually and in-person

• Project management abilities and familiarity with engaging client stakeholders to ensure task completion

• Capacity to work under tight deadlines and deliver content for multiple clients simultaneously

• Required proficiency in Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

• Willingness to travel as needed for business purposes, generally not exceeding 20% travel

• An advanced degree is preferred, such as PharmD, MBA, MHA, MS, PMP
