Managing Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Prepare and submit cases for approval and acceptance across all case categories.

• Suggest strategies and options, and execute recommendations independently.

• Oversee Enterprise clients and assist them throughout various processes.

• Lead, guide, and mentor team members while supporting the Partner in team management.

• Evaluate marketing materials and contribute to Envoy/GIA sales and marketing efforts.

• Conduct reporting and auditing tasks.

• Deliver training sessions and webinars to clients and potential clients.

• Relay updates on laws and policies to the team and the firm.

• Interview candidates and provide recommendations for hiring decisions.

• Exhibit legal competencies along with professional, proactive, considerate, and accountable behavior.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree is required.

• Must be admitted to the State Bar.

• A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience is necessary.

• At least 5 years of experience at CIP, PC is required.

• Previous team management experience is essential.

• Must consistently meet Service Level Expectations (SLEs).

• Expert proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is necessary.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are a must.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a focus on client service are essential.

• Attention to detail and accuracy is crucial.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are required.

• Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to multitask under tight deadlines are necessary.
