Manager, Warranty Management & Processes

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide leadership in functional aspects of cross-site warranty management.

• Ensure uniform standards, well-defined responsibilities, and streamlined processes across all locations.

• Continuously enhance processes, quality management standards, and workflows.

• Develop guidelines and work instructions while ensuring their consistent application.

• Promote digital transformation in warranty management.

• Assist in the implementation of new systems.

• Optimize digital workflows and automated procedures.

• Oversee warranty cases, appointments, and deadlines.

• Coordinate maintenance contracts and warranties.

• Manage budgets and project invoicing effectively.

• Ensure the structured transition of projects from delivery into the warranty phase and subsequently to Technical Property Management.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in real estate management, business administration, or equivalent commercial training.

• Relevant experience in quality, process, or warranty management within the construction or real estate sectors.

• A structured and self-motivated working style.

• Capability to establish clear priorities and maintain oversight when handling multiple concurrent projects, deadlines, and responsibilities.

• Confident and professional communication with internal teams, clients, and external partners.

• A solution-oriented approach to reconciling diverse interests.

• Process-driven and commercially aware.

• A passion for developing standards, interfaces, and digital processes.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

• Ideally, experience with PlanRadar, Casavi, or Immo Office.

• Ideally, knowledge of HOAI and VOB/B.
