This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.
β’ Oversee the strategy, design, renewal, evaluation, financial management, governance, and ongoing enhancement of North America Health & Welfare programs.
β’ Direct Global Mobility and Relocation initiatives that facilitate both short-term and long-term international assignments, as well as permanent relocations.
β’ Manage relationships with vendors and consultants, including service expectations, performance metrics, fees, outcomes, escalated issues, sourcing, and contract decisions.
β’ Spearhead cross-functional benefits projects, change management initiatives, and team capability and continuity efforts.
β’ Lead the annual enrollment preparation and change implementation process, which encompasses project planning, requirements gathering, testing, communication, enablement, and post-implementation review.
β’ Create recommendations and presentations for Total Rewards leadership, senior executives, and employee benefit committees.
β’ Develop and analyze financial models, forecasts, rate recommendations, and materials for annual planning.
β’ Collaborate with HR HUB and HRIS teams on plan administration, eligibility, enrollment processes, interfaces, controls, audits, and escalations.
β’ Ensure compliance of programs and practices with federal and state regulations, as well as plan documentation.
β’ Manage international mobility issues related to physical relocation, immigration, and tax considerations.
β’ Provide guidance to HR and management on mobility policies and practices that align with global policy standards.
β’ Collaborate with vendors in relocation, immigration, tax, billing, and reporting.
β’ Assist with Compensation programs and projects, including job evaluations, market pricing, salary recommendations, annual compensation cycles, data validation, analytics, and documentation.
β’ A Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent work experience is required.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of experience in the administration of compensation and/or benefits programs.
β’ At least 7 years of experience related to HR Information Systems (HRIS).
β’ More than 2 years of recent experience supporting projects related to Workday HCM, Advanced Compensation, Workday benefit plan configuration, and reporting is strongly preferred.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of experience managing other employees.
β’ Proficient in technology and capable of utilizing various Microsoft applications.
β’ Familiarity with HRIS and databases for compensation and benefits.
β’ Advanced proficiency in Excel, including functions such as pivot tables, VLookUp, concatenation, and others.
β’ High work capacity, strong results-oriented drive, and a pronounced sense of urgency.
β’ Some travel may be necessary.
β’ Ability to fulfill the specified physical duties, including prolonged sitting and use of office equipment.
