This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +37 more states.
β’ Oversee the strategy, design, renewal, assessment, financial management, governance, and ongoing enhancement of North America Health & Welfare, Global Mobility, and Relocation programs.
β’ Manage relationships with vendors and consultants, including setting service expectations, monitoring performance, reviewing fees and outcomes, resolving issues, and making sourcing and contract decisions.
β’ Direct cross-functional benefit initiatives, project and change management, as well as team capability development efforts.
β’ Lead the annual enrollment readiness process and change implementation, which encompasses plans, requirements, testing, communications, enablement, and post-implementation evaluations.
β’ Create recommendations and presentations for Total Rewards leadership, senior executives, and benefit committees.
β’ Develop and assess financial models, forecasts, rate recommendations, and planning documentation.
β’ Collaborate with HR HUB and HRIS teams on plan administration, eligibility, enrollment, system interfaces, controls, audits, and escalations.
β’ Ensure adherence to federal and state regulations, as well as plan documents; coordinate with Legal and advisors on risk mitigation, notices, filings, and documentation.
β’ Oversee both short-term and long-term international assignments and permanent relocations, including aspects related to physical relocation, immigration, and taxation.
β’ Provide guidance to HR and management on mobility policies and practices that align with global policy standards.
β’ Collaborate with relocation, immigration, and tax vendors on initiations, billing, and reporting processes.
β’ Assist with Compensation programs and projects, covering job evaluations, market pricing, salary recommendations, compensation-cycle activities, data validation, analytics, and process documentation.
β’ A Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience is required.
β’ At least 5 years of experience in the administration of compensation and/or benefits programs.
β’ Over 7 years of experience related to HR Information Systems (HRIS).
β’ A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing other employees.
β’ More than 2 years of recent experience supporting projects involving Workday HCM, Advanced Compensation, Workday benefit plan configuration, and reporting is highly preferred.
β’ Proficient in technology and capable of utilizing various Microsoft applications.
β’ Experience with HRIS and databases for compensation/benefits.
β’ Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLookUp, concatenation, and additional functions.
β’ High work capacity, results-driven orientation, and a strong sense of urgency.
β’ Some travel may be necessary.
