This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and expand the supply chain network for Minted’s primary stationery division.

• Directly manage relationships with manufacturers within the network.

• Track daily vendor performance metrics including on-time delivery, defect rates, and unit costs.

• Develop capacity models and dynamically allocate orders to support sales growth and seasonal demand fluctuations.

• Integrate new manufacturing partners and vendors as required.

• Lead execution strategies for specialty items such as foil-pressed cards.

• Enhance throughput and operational efficiency while maintaining low capital expenditures.

• Collaborate with Customer Operations to analyze feedback and pinpoint root causes of late or damaged orders.

• Implement corrective action plans in partnership with vendors.

• Work alongside Product and Engineering teams to translate operational requirements into technical specifications for routing, inventory, and order management systems.

• Collaborate with external manufacturing partners and internal product, engineering, and customer operations teams to reduce costs while ensuring customer satisfaction.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in on-demand supply chain management, manufacturing, vendor operations, or e-commerce fulfillment.

• Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets and Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Looker).

• Proven experience in building cost, forecasting, and capacity models.

• Familiarity with utilizing AI to streamline manual processes and enhance efficiencies.

• Demonstrated success in managing third-party manufacturers and 3PLs.

• Experience in enforcing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and conducting quarterly business reviews.

• Ability to convey complex supply chain trade-offs to product managers, engineers, and executive stakeholders.

• Experience handling high-volume e-commerce seasonality, particularly with on-demand direct-to-consumer fulfillment.

• A background in print, paper, custom manufacturing, or high-SKU/personalized e-commerce is advantageous.

• A degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field is a plus.
