This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the entire strategic accounts contracting process from intake to approval, execution, implementation, renewal, and amendments.
• Manage the contract intake, documentation, routing, approval tracking, execution support, updates to the repository, and maintenance of records.
• Monitor expiration dates, renewal timelines, required notifications, account inputs, approval milestones, and necessary follow-up actions.
• Facilitate amendments, pricing modifications, contract extensions, account alterations, and associated documentation.
• Ensure the integrity of contract data across CRM, CLM, pricing, reporting, billing, and customer account platforms.
• Create and oversee contract dashboards, renewal trackers, reporting tools, and analytics.
• Evaluate contract activity, renewal schedules, pricing terms, utilization, customer obligations, and workflow efficiency.
• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Finance, Operations, Customer Service, and Compliance teams.
• Document, sustain, and enhance SOPs, workflow diagrams, checklists, approval processes, templates, and contracting guidelines.
• Generate contract summaries, renewal status updates, analytics, and action-item reports for business reviews, account planning, and customer discussions.
• Lead contract-related workflow meetings and ensure that action items are completed.
• Partner with the Director of Strategic Accounts on contract evaluations, commercial terms, negotiations, and strategic account initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, finance, legal studies, operations, supply chain, or a related field; equivalent experience may be accepted.
• 5+ years of experience in contract administration, contract management, commercial operations, sales operations, strategic accounts support, customer operations, healthcare contracting, or similar roles.
• Experience in managing contract renewals, amendments, documentation workflows, approval routing, data tracking, and maintaining contract repositories.
• Strong comprehension of contract lifecycle management, renewal management, operational controls, documentation standards, and contract governance.
• Advanced spreadsheet and reporting capabilities, including data organization, tracker creation, trend analysis, and generating actionable summaries.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple deadlines, recurring workflows, operational deliverables, stakeholders, and follow-up tasks with accuracy and consistency.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM, CLM, e-signature, reporting, spreadsheet, document management, and workflow tools.
• Preferred: experience in medical devices, life sciences, healthcare technology, hospital contracting, GPOs, IDNs, or regulated healthcare environments.
• Preferred: experience in supporting national, enterprise, strategic, IDN, health system, academic medical center, or institutional accounts.
• Preferred: experience in building renewal dashboards, contract trackers, workflow reports, process maps, SOPs, or scalable contracting workflows.
• Preferred: familiarity with CLM systems, CRM tools, Tableau or similar reporting platforms, and advanced spreadsheet functionalities.
• Preferred: contract management certification, paralegal certificate, project management certification, Lean/Six Sigma training, or other relevant operational credentials.
