Manager, Software Engineering

📋 Description

• Oversee the technical execution of an agile engineering team.

• Stay actively engaged in both architecture and hands-on coding.

• Mentor engineers and enhance delivery practices.

• Provide daily technical leadership and coordination for an agile engineering team.

• Collaborate with Product and QA teams on roadmap implementation.

• Enhance operational reliability and engineering standards.

• Lead a cross-functional engineering team while remaining actively involved in software delivery.

• Contribute to efforts aimed at modernization.

• Impact team efficiency and software delivery results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of software engineering experience in C#/.Net and contemporary UI frameworks (React.js).

• Proven experience in leading technical projects and mentoring engineers.

• Familiarity with AI development tools and methodologies.

• Strong experience in backend, frontend, and cloud engineering.

• Proficient with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.

• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.

• Must address authorization to work in the United States; sponsorship inquiry included in the application.
