This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Lead educational and readiness initiatives specific to Sales that enhance selling skills, product knowledge, role effectiveness, and business strategies.

• Convert business objectives, process modifications, and go-to-market strategies into actionable learning and field-ready instructions.

• Collaborate with Sales leaders to identify skill gaps and design solutions that enhance adoption and execution.

• Facilitate readiness for product launches, sales initiatives, organizational transformations, and strategic projects.

• Evaluate program effectiveness and refine offerings based on field input and business outcomes.

• Oversee the creation and governance of playbooks, sales manuals, conversation guides, job aids, communications, presentations, and coaching materials.

• Ensure Sales-related content is precise, consistent, accessible, and in alignment with business goals.

• Create reinforcement and coaching resources that promote essential selling behaviors and performance standards.

• Utilize engagement and utilization data to enhance content effectiveness.

• Lead, mentor, and develop team members responsible for Sales education, content creation, communications, and readiness efforts.

• Set priorities, performance expectations, quality benchmarks, and operational rhythms.

• Manage workload and resources to ensure timely execution of critical initiatives.

• Promote accountability, collaboration, and ongoing improvement.

• Partner with Sales Leadership, Product, Marketing, GTM Strategy, Analytics, Sales Enablement, and other departments.

• Work in conjunction with Corporate Training & Development on enterprise learning standards, instructional design, learning technologies, and development programs.

• Ensure that Sales-specific programs enhance enterprise learning while concentrating on Sales execution and performance.

• Act as a trusted advisor regarding Sales education, content, communications, coaching, and readiness requirements.

• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and legal regulations.

• Perform other assigned duties as necessary.

• Comply with departmental attendance requirements.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Education, Learning & Development, Marketing, Organizational Development, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

• Minimum of five years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Education, Sales Training, Learning & Development, Sales Operations, or a comparable field.

• At least two years of experience in leading teams, programs, or complex cross-functional projects.

• Experience in developing Sales education, enablement content, communications, or readiness programs.

• Excellent communication, project management, stakeholder engagement, and leadership capabilities.

• Ability to translate intricate business priorities into practical and actionable Sales solutions.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% based on business requirements.

• Degree must be obtained from an institution of Higher Education accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or its equivalent.

• Must not require sponsorship now or in the future to work legally for Credit Acceptance.

• Preferred: experience in supporting a field-based Sales organization.

• Preferred: experience in leading Sales content, communications, coaching, or readiness functions.

• Preferred: familiarity with instructional design, content governance, learning technologies, CRM platforms, or sales enablement tools.

• Preferred: experience in supporting product launches, organizational changes, or go-to-market strategies.
