This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Oversee business processes linked to risk adjustment and quality enhancement for designated products and plans.
• Formulate and execute action plans across various departments to resolve business-unit challenges.
• Generate comprehensive work plans, issue logs, and progress updates.
• Collaborate with departments to implement business requirements for assigned products.
• Design and carry out operational workflows tailored to product business requirements, competitive environments, and local market conditions.
• Assess and manage the risk adjustment strategy across functional domains affecting assigned products.
• Identify and assist health plan initiatives concerning assigned products.
• Create dashboards for senior leadership and pinpoint areas for improvement.
• Must possess authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Preferred experience in managed care, Medicaid, Medicare, Marketplace, or long-term care settings.
• Strong preference for candidates with New York MLTC experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in project management, operations, quality improvement, or data analysis/reporting within the healthcare sector.
• Prior experience in managed care or Medicare is preferred.
