This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales activation specialists to surpass monthly targets.
• Devise and implement strategies for the successful launch of high-volume plans.
• Take ownership of team performance by reviewing conversion pipelines, managing pre-launch attrition, and ensuring adherence to processes and communication protocols.
• Oversee and refine conversion workflows to enhance speed and eliminate obstacles.
• Collaborate with Sales, Program Management, Customer Success, and senior leadership on customer escalations and improvements in conversion processes.
• Identify performance deficiencies and apply coaching, training, and process enhancements.
• Predict conversion goals and assist in capacity planning through analysis of trends and pipeline health.
• Promote accountability, ownership, continuous improvement, and a collaborative team atmosphere.
• Meet and exceed monthly conversion quota objectives.
• Ensure a balanced mix of Safe Harbor and Auto-Enroll plans.
• Reduce pre-launch attrition by addressing customer challenges.
• Enhance conversion cycle times and rates through process improvements.
• Position the team as a key driver of customer activation and revenue growth.
• 3-5 years of overall professional experience.
• At least 2+ years in a leadership role within Sales, Implementation, or a related area in a SaaS or Retirement/Financial Services setting.
• Demonstrated success in a quota-driven and target-oriented environment.
• Strong comprehension of 401(k) plan design or the ability to quickly gain subject matter expertise.
• Data-driven approach with proficiency in pipeline management, forecasting, and performance coaching.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Capability to streamline processes, enhance operational efficiency, and achieve ambitious targets.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to inspire teams, mediate conflicts, and collaborate across departments.
• Experience managing high-volume customer portfolios and overseeing intricate projects or implementations.
• Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
• Total On Target Earnings (OTE) ranging from $140,000 to $150,000, including variable target compensation of $40,000 to $45,000.
• Stock option grants.
