Manager, Retail Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in implementing the strategic sales plan and budget aimed at increasing AG1's presence among US retail partners.

• Develop dashboards that integrate both external and internal data for tracking KPIs and enhancing performance visibility.

• Evaluate new business prospects and competitive trends to foster growth.

• Perform post-event assessments of retail marketing initiatives.

• Facilitate product launches, seasonal promotions, and merchandising tactics.

• Collaborate with NPD on developing the innovation pipeline and ensuring retail suitability.

• Ensure prompt invoicing and cash collection; serve as the Accounts Receivable liaison for Retail.

• Track customer fines, fees, deductions, allowances, contracts, and purchase orders.

• Support customer product assortment and financial analysis of innovations.

• Participate in the S&OP process to enhance forecasting and demand visibility.

• Leverage sales data, market trends, and consumer insights to shape retail strategy and optimize financial outcomes.

• Deliver performance reports and practical recommendations to senior leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

• 4-7+ years of experience in a CPG/consumer products brand, supporting Sales Teams and major retailers like Costco, Target, and Ulta.

• Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities, capable of transforming data into actionable business strategies.

• Detail-oriented, with a commitment to operational excellence and seamless execution of retail initiatives.

• A genuine passion for health, wellness, and nutrition, along with insight into the changing consumer landscape.

• Ability to excel in a dynamic, remote, entrepreneurial setting and work collaboratively across various functions with internal and external stakeholders.
