This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create, manage, and deliver both live and virtual onboarding training, which encompasses home study, resource preparation, disease state education, product knowledge, and insights into the competitive landscape.

• Assist learners throughout their initial training journey to enhance their readiness, confidence, and practical application in the field.

• Conduct advanced training sessions at least four times a year, which includes scheduling, coordinating clinical interactions, leading workshops, providing feedback on case study presentations, and overseeing post-program follow-up.

• Execute additional training initiatives, such as virtual web training, teleconferences, and sessions at national, regional, and district meetings.

• Collaborate with brand, marketing, sales leadership, and cross-functional teams to create workshops, content, and essential training materials for national meetings and significant training events.

• Ensure consistency between field execution and brand strategy, training priorities, and regional business objectives.

• Collect and relay ongoing feedback to the Commercial Training & Development team to guide future curriculum, content, and field support requirements.

• Support the development of early career team members by exemplifying effective training practices, offering practical advice, and facilitating their professional growth.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a life science, adult learning, education, business, or a related field, or a comparable combination of education and experience.

• At least five years of training experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare sectors.

• Proven capability to create and present engaging, practical, and innovative training content for field-based teams.

• Experience in designing and implementing virtual training, distance learning, and learning management system-based programs.

• High proficiency in PowerPoint, PDF tools, editing software, and other platforms utilized for developing and delivering training materials.

• Established ability to work collaboratively with brand, marketing, sales leadership, compliance, review committee, and training teams.

• Strong track record in a previous commercial, training, marketing, or related position.

• Willingness to travel less than 10% for Train the Trainer sessions, National Sales Meeting activities, and other training events, whether in-office or in the field.

• Previous experience in oncology, neurology, or another relevant therapeutic area.

• Familiarity with commercial review committee and compliance processes.

• Demonstrated success in a sales, marketing, field training, or field leadership role.

• Experience in mentoring or training early career team members.
