Manager, Product Solution Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Leading, developing, and expanding a team of Product Solutions Engineers.

• Fostering a collaborative and engaging environment that recognizes effective product solutions, creativity, and long-term customer success.

• Working in conjunction with the Product, Engineering, and Quality teams to establish the standards and excellence of the PSE craft.

• Coaching Product Solutions Engineers to become technical advisors, solution consultants, and proficient generalists on the Inte platform.

• Guiding Solutions Engineers in cross-functional projects and forming partnerships with sales, services, support, and marketing.

• Identifying opportunities to enhance the impact of the Solutions Engineering teams.

• Establishing and nurturing internal relationships (Sales, Launch, Product) while advocating for both prospective and existing customers.

• Recognizing and spearheading initiatives to enhance and develop the team's skills and performance.

• Coaching, mentoring, and cultivating the team through consistent and constructive feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong technical background, with a proven track record in Professional Services, Support, and/or customer-facing roles.

• Experience collaborating closely with or serving as a Solutions Architect, either as an individual contributor or in a leadership capacity.

• Excellent analytical skills in visualizing, capturing information, and interpreting data to manage risks and address complex problems.

• Effective communication abilities, capable of adjusting messaging for senior leaders, key stakeholders, and various teams.

• Experience in internal and external negotiations, with the capability to collaborate across team boundaries to achieve alignment.

• Practical experience in team management that reflects a flexible and adaptive approach, thriving in dynamic environments that promote innovative problem-solving.

• Proven ability to motivate and guide teams in delivering technical solutions that closely align with customer requirements and business goals.

• Demonstrates strength in the 5 Expectations of Leadership.

• A strong desire to operate in lean, agile work settings where resourcefulness and adaptability are highly esteemed.
