Manager, Network Design and Implementation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Create and oversee project timelines

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate telecommunications and trade systems

• Ensure adherence to STACK and tenant standards throughout the campus

• Serve as the main point of contact for telecommunications and DAS/ERRCS scopes

• Facilitate coordination meetings and manage relationships with general contractors and subcontractors

• Address conflicts to uphold project integrity

• Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of fiber optics, cabling, and network infrastructure

• Act as the subject matter expert for network implementation during the project lifecycle

• Perform site inspections and review relevant documentation

• Monitor deliverables and resolve issues to ensure timely project completion and client satisfaction

• Provide consistent updates to clients and stakeholders

• Communicate effectively with vendors, general contractors, engineers, and subcontractors

• Track material lead times and the status of procurement

• Identify potential risks and implement contingency measures

• Guarantee that systems are tested, commissioned, and documented during project closeout and handover

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience

• Over 5 years of project management experience in network design and implementation

• Demonstrated ability to lead large, complex projects through all delivery phases

• Strong technical expertise in network, security, A/V, DAS/ERRCS, BMS/EPMS

• Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with a team-oriented approach

• Experience working with data centers or mission-critical facilities

• Proven track record in developing and maintaining enterprise-level specifications across multiple projects or locations

• Experience managing multiple large-scale projects with overlapping requirements and deliverables concurrently

• Proficiency in MS Word and MS PowerPoint

• Must be authorized to work in the United States

• Must successfully complete comprehensive background and drug screenings

• Travel requirement: less than 50%
