This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the operational integration of acquired companies from the moment of transaction closure until full operational stabilization.
• Collaborate with executive sponsors to set integration priorities, timelines, and success metrics.
• Create integration roadmaps, work plans, milestone schedules, risk registers, issue logs, dependency trackers, and executive status reports.
• Assist in integration planning during due diligence by identifying operational requirements and potential risks prior to closing.
• Maintain relationships with the leadership teams of acquired companies and sellers throughout the integration process.
• Direct operational integration efforts for multiple acquisitions at the same time.
• Facilitate cross-functional workstreams across Finance, IT, Infrastructure, People & Learning, Operations, Customer Success, Sales Operations, Marketing, Procurement, and Legal.
• Manage organizational transitions, policy alignment, and change management initiatives.
• Oversee billing conversions, ERP transitions, CRM alignment, reporting, and standardization of operational processes.
• Supervise technology migrations, including user access, infrastructure, security, collaboration tools, and business applications.
• Collaborate with Finance on purchase agreement obligations, earnouts, APA holdbacks, Due To/Due From reconciliations, and financial integration tasks.
• Identify risks and propose strategies for mitigation.
• Lead regular integration meetings and ensure timely completion of action items.
• Develop executive dashboards to communicate integration progress, achievements, risks, and decisions that need leadership attention.
• Document lessons learned and continually enhance integration playbooks, governance models, templates, and best practices.
• Transfer ownership to business leaders once integration goals have been met.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience in leading complex cross-functional initiatives, integration programs, PMO, consulting, business transformation, or M&A integration.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities and engage with executive stakeholders.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated capability to influence without direct authority and establish credibility at all organizational levels.
• Experience in technology services, managed services, consulting, SaaS, or private equity-backed environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or Prosci certification is an advantage.
• May require customer approval for access to customer information, systems, and/or premises.
