This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the assessment and execution of M&A transactions related to renewable energy, including acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic investments.

• Oversee due diligence processes across various workstreams, including commercial, technical, legal, tax, accounting, and financing.

• Create and sustain financial models, valuation analyses, investment committee documents, and transaction summaries.

• Aid in negotiation efforts, manage data rooms, and track transaction progress.

• Provide support for the divestiture processes of renewable projects encompassing solar, storage, and hybrid assets.

• Oversee sell-side transaction workflows in collaboration with external advisors, buyers, and counterparties.

• Generate marketing materials, management presentations, valuation analyses, and documentation for transaction processes.

• Assist in evaluating strategic partnerships and broader corporate development initiatives.

• Conduct market research and competitive analyses within the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors.

• Support leadership in identifying strategic growth opportunities, market entry plans, and portfolio optimization strategies.

• Collaborate with Development, Finance, Legal, EPC, Asset Management, and Executive teams.

• Prepare internal presentations and executive summaries for senior management and investment committees.

• Carry out other job-related responsibilities as directed by management.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• 4–7+ years of pertinent experience in renewable energy development or infrastructure investing, investment banking, project finance, corporate development, M&A advisory, or renewable energy private equity or strategic platforms.

• Proficient financial modeling and valuation expertise.

• Experience in supporting renewable energy transactions, particularly in solar, storage, and hybrid projects is preferred.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.

• Capacity to manage multiple workstreams in a dynamic transaction setting.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required.
