This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Collaborate with our Privacy Program Manager to enhance and manage the Hims & Hers Privacy Program in close partnership with Legal, Product, and Engineering teams.
β’ Assist in ensuring compliance with various privacy regulations, including GDPR, CCPA, and medical privacy lawsβfor instance, by maintaining data maps, processing activity records, legitimate interests assessments, and overseeing various risk assessments and audits.
β’ Perform initial evaluations of privacy risks associated with new initiatives, aid teams in mitigating those risks, and coordinate reviews that require higher-level scrutiny.
β’ Contribute to the Hims & Hers Vendor Review Program from a privacy standpoint, which includes creating and refining questionnaires, gathering input from stakeholders, and guiding contract negotiations.
β’ Aid in establishing and managing the Hims & Hers AI governance program, developing the necessary processes, workflows, and documentation to promote responsible AI usage throughout the organization.
β’ Assist in creating and maintaining an inventory of AI systems and use cases, coordinating the intake and classification of new applications as they arise.
β’ Stay informed about the changing AI regulatory landscape (such as the EU AI Act and emerging U.S. state AI laws) and translate new requirements into actionable program updates.
β’ Take ownership of implementing strategic legal initiatives that necessitate close collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
β’ Work alongside Legal and Public Policy teams to keep track of evolving privacy and AI legislation.
β’ Required: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
β’ Required: 8+ years of experience in legal project/program management, concentrating on privacy and/or AI governance.
β’ Proven experience in managing stakeholders and cross-functional teams from project initiation to completion.
β’ Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple and occasionally conflicting priorities.
β’ Strong project management, time-management, and organizational abilities.
β’ Demonstrated capability for problem-solving and delivering operational outcomes.
β’ Experience working independently across various teams.
β’ Familiarity with AI governance frameworks or emerging AI regulations is a plus.
