This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.
• Act as a reliable partner in organizational development for the business.
• Provide consultation on team efficiency, leadership and talent requirements, and organizational issues.
• Design and conduct workshops, offsite meetings, and tailored engagements that support business objectives.
• Create, develop, and facilitate learning experiences for cohesive teams, leadership groups, and enterprise audiences in both English and Spanish.
• Lead or oversee internal learning and leadership initiatives, including development, content creation, program management, and delivery.
• Assess the effectiveness of learning and programs.
• Analyze outcomes and stakeholder feedback to suggest enhancements.
• Collaborate on cross-functional projects to identify opportunities, partnerships, and strategies that expand organizational influence.
• Manage vendor, facilitator, developer, and consultant relationships as necessary.
• At least 5-7 years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering learning, leadership, or professional development programs within dynamic, complex organizations.
• Experience with both online and face-to-face learning environments.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required, with professional fluency in written and spoken communication and facilitation.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• A Master’s degree in Organizational Development or a related field is highly preferred.
• Proficient in facilitating workshops and creating, adapting, and delivering presentations and learning materials in business Spanish and English.
• Effective facilitator, presenter, and consultant.
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable learning, leadership, talent, and team-effectiveness solutions.
• Skilled in building trusted relationships and influencing without authority across various levels, functions, and business units.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities, navigating uncertainty, and making progress with minimal guidance.
• Strong analytical judgment with experience in utilizing data and feedback to assess effectiveness and enhance outcomes.
• Comfortable using AI and emerging technologies.
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with leadership and organizational assessment tools such as DiSC, 360 assessments, Hogan, MBTI, or similar instruments.
